Welcome to Jack Young Middle School, where every day is a great day to learn! At JYMS, every student belongs to a (TA) Teacher Advisory group made up of students from sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. Students are organized by grade level and share grade level teacher teams. All students will be placed in a Physical Education class and all eighth grade students will be required to take a Health course. In addition to the required classes, students have opportunities to chose Encore courses like Art, Band, Choir, General Music, Foreign Language, (STEM) Science Technology Engineering Math, and Technology Education.
